GreenTree has really leaned into our Board of Directors since we began. For one thing, as a Peer Operated Organization, we always have a board populated with at least half of our members having their own personal experiences with recovery from mental health challenges or substance dependence. Therefore, we have fine local people who are knowledgable, care about our Peer Team and about well-being across our community, and who enjoy innovation and the role of peer support in our community!
